Welcome to Train Your Way to a 5K!

DOWNLOADING INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING WAIVER: In consideration of my training, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive any and all claims I may have for damages against the Twin Cities Twosome, Human Kinetics, and all sponsors associated with the event, their representatives, successors, assigns, for any and all injuries incurred by me associated with this event.  I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.
